David Cooke

David is an actor, writer and musician, and the co-founder of a folk club in Ironbridge where he regularly performed.

Linda Cooke

Linda has spent many years taking theatre into schools. With her husband David she has taken part in the Mystery Plays at Birmingham Cathedral and Tewkesbury Abbey.

Therese Collins

Therese has worked in theatre for over twenty five years. She recently appeared in Immaculate As The Devil (Blue Orange Theatre) and worked on a film project with Neil Oseman called Stop-Eject.

Sunny Dhap

Sunny trained at the Birmingham Theatre School. He is part of the four man comedy troupe known as Stripped Down Theatre that was behind the hit play Our Kylie's Getting Wed and likes to take on as many challenging roles as he can as well as creating his own work.

Miriam Edwards 

Miriam is a Birmingham based actor who has toured with Midland Creative Projects and the Belgrade Theatre is The Hundred Years War. Other recent credits include Powder with Theatre Absolute and a national tour with Tea and Tenacity's First Do No Harm.

Andy Elkington

Andy's recent credits include Carl in Dealer's Choice (The Crescent), Wolf God/Ensemble in Princess Mononoke (Whole Hog Theatre) and Gloucester in King Lear (Sheffield University Theatre Company).

Dominic Fellows

Dominic graduated from Lancaster University in 2005. Since then he's worked as an actor both in the UK and Canada and been 'The Face of E.On.', on their graduate recruitment site.

Sarah Gain

Sarah has been involved in various tours, festivals and new plays. Previous performances include Fanny Dashwood in Sense and Sensibility (UK tour), Rebecca in Immaculate (Fraction Theatre) and Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream. 

Matthew Harris

Mathew started acting after seeing an ad in the Metro for an 'Acting for Beginners' class in Birmingham. While learning his craft on acting courses he's appeared in film projects and theatre productions such as Pride and Prejudice and The Merchant of Venice.

Marcus Hendry

Marcus trained at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama. His recent credits include Doctors (BBC) and creating the role of Buster Bingham in Stephen Jackson's one-man show The Bingo Caller.

Taylor Howsen

Taylor attended Birmingham Theatre School and has featured in productions of The Merchant of Venice, Harold Pinter Shorts and The Trial, amongst others. Her film work includes Book Crossed Lovers.

Nadia Kemp-Sayfi

Nadi moved back to the UK in 2011. Since then she has been a Midlands based actor, playing a wide range of parts for The Rep, the Old Joint Stock and Big Script, amongst others.

Grace McCabe

Grace studied acting at university and graduated in 2011. She has worked in  radio and short films, modelling, and performed in three productions at the Crescent Theatre including A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum. 


James Parsons

James has appeared in a wide range of film and stage productions. Recent credits include Antonio in The Merchant of Venice (Fred Theatre Co), Rob/Dr Page/others in Love! Sex! Confusion! (Big Script), and Lord Augustus in Lady Windermere's Fan (Blue Orange Arts).

Nigel Pocknell

Nigel has performed in many of our shows over the years. Now retired from the group, he is one of the founder members of Big Script. He has also written many revues, sketches, plays and musicals for the amateur stage.

Geoff Poole

Geoff has been acting for 50 years and performed in well over a hundred plays. Some of his favourite roles have included Norman in The Dresser, Max in The Homecoming and Willie in The Sunshine Boys. He has won an Evening Mail Entertainer award for Andrew Wyke in Sleuth.

Radley Russel

Radley is an actor and producer, best known for playing Taylor in the BBC 3 sitcom White Van Man and the on/off gangster Dwight in the TV series Doctors.

Marilii Saar

Marilii is a graduate of the Birmingham School of Acting, where her credits included roles in A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Revenger's Tragedy, A Family Affair and  Come Back To The Five and Dime Jimmy Dean. 

Janette Summerfield

Though Janette has mainly pursued a career as a fine artist since 2010, she still occasionally takes acting roles and appeared in the Big Script production Under the Sun. 

Emily Summers

Emily graduated from the Birmingham School of Acting in 2011 with a Masters.  She went on to play Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion for Tread the Boards and tour with the Kinetic Theatre Company and is now based in London. 

Chloe Tempest-Jones
Chloe has been involved in the performing arts world from an early age. She has taken part in dramas, pantos and documentaries and is also a dancer and presenter.

Carl Thornley  

Carl was born and raised in Manchester and trained at the Birmingham School of Acting. Since graduating he has worked with the Birmingham Opera Company on their world premier of Life is a Dream and toured the UK in musical adaptations of children's stories.

Alan Wales

Alan is an actor, teacher and performance poet. Recent stage credits include Malvolio in Twelfth Night (New Century Theatre) and Prospero in The Tempest (Purple Cast). Recent TV credits include playing Anthony Hardy in Evil Up Close: The Camden Ripper (First Look TV).

Tim Wright

Tim's acting work includes Sorted at the Blue Orange Theatre, Park Life at The Old Joint Stock and My Boy Jack for Hall Green.
